Itinerary

After being picked up from your Phuket hotel by minivan between 08:00 and 08:30, you’ll be transported to the Park Hopper’s private pier where complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks will be served. It’s here that you’ll meet your guide and be given an introductory briefing about the day’s itinerary.

Around 09:00, you’ll depart for Koh Khai Nui where you’ll have time to snorkel and swim in the sparkling Andaman Sea before cruising to neighbouring Koh Khai Nai. The shallow waters of this small island group make it ideal for families with young kids who will love the opportunity to see some of the thousands of tropical fish that call the area “home”.

It’s then time to head to the sandy shores of Koh Yao Yai, which is fringed by mangroves and fishing villages where local life hums at a leisurely pace. After time spent relaxing on what is one of the best beaches in Phuket, lunch will be served at a private restaurant before continuing to Ton Sai Bay. This vibrant settlement on Phi Phi Don is the main village in the archipelago and is a hive of activity throughout the day. From here, we’ll cruise to Monkey Beach to photograph its playful troop of primates. It’s important to be aware that it may not be possible to walk on Monkey Beach at high tide and we may need to observe the monkeys from the boat.

Spend the rest of the afternoon snorkelling and swimming in idyllic Loh Samah Bay and Pileh Cove on Phi Phi Leh, as well as visiting the Viking Cave where swiftlet bird’s nests are harvested. Depending on the season, you may also have the opportunity to step onto the sands of Maya Bay where “The Beach” was filmed.

Around 17:00, we’ll make the return journey to Phuket where a delicious barbecue awaits. You’ll then be transferred back to your Phuket hotel, marking the end of your Phi Phi Islands tour.
