Deep Fried Local Phuket style sausage made of minced pork, crab meat, shrimp yam, Chinese five-spice powder.
11.40 Walking to Lock Tien – Phuket Local Food, Tasting Tofu Fresh Spring Roll or Popiah Sod
This is a typical dish in the area. Popiah are Fujian-style spring rolls that were introduced by Chinese settlers in Phuket. It consists of rolled light flour crepes stuffed with Chinese sausage, omelet slices, and bean sprouts. After that, a thick, sticky sweet sauce is drizzled over it.
