For these personalized services, group bookings, and functions, clients have the flexibility to secure their reservation through a two-step payment process:

We do not accept reservations without payment. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive either the FULL payment or a 50% booking deposit.

A 50% booking deposit secures your reservation, but the booking is considered “Status Confirmed” only after Full Payment is received.

• Step 1: 50% Deposit or FULL Payment: A 50% booking deposit OR FULL Payment is required to secure the reservation.
• Step 2: Full Payment: Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Please note that specific payment timelines may vary based on individual hotels, operators, and their booking policies.

Safety Policies & Guest Suitability Terms

At Phuket Dream Company, we want you to have the time of your life, but your safety is our absolute priority. Many of our activities involve high speeds, rough terrain, open ocean travel, or physical exertion.

Please read these restrictions carefully. The tour operator reserves the right to deny boarding or participation to anyone deemed unfit for the activity. If you are denied entry due to undisclosed health conditions listed below, no refund will be provided.

1. Universal Health Restrictions (All Adventure Tours)

For your safety, you cannot participate in any “High Impact” tour if you have the following conditions.

High Impact tours include: Speedboats, ATV/Quad Biking, Jet Skis, White Water Rafting, and Ziplining.

• Pregnancy: Strictly prohibited on all high-impact tours due to vibration, fall risk, and impact.
• Spinal/Neck Issues: Anyone with a history of back surgery, slipped discs, chronic back pain, or neck injuries.
• Heart Conditions: History of heart attack, severe high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease.
• Recent Surgery: Any major surgery within the last 6 months.

2. Activity-Specific Safety Rules

A. Marine Tours (Speedboats, Catamarans, Ferries)

• Speedboats: Not permitted for pregnant women, children under 1 year old, or adults over 70 years old.
• Sea Kayaking: Requires a moderate level of fitness. Not recommended for those with severe back or shoulder issues.
• Weather: The Captain has final authority to change the route or cancel the trip based on sea conditions.

B. Motorized Adventure (ATV, Buggy, Jet Ski)

• Drivers: Must be competent and follow the guide’s instructions instantly. Any reckless driving will result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.
• Alcohol: There is a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol or drugs before or during motorized tours.
• Damages: You may be required to sign a liability waiver regarding damage to the vehicle caused by negligence.

C. Aerial & Heights (Ziplining / Adventure Parks)

• Weight Limits: Strict maximum and minimum weight limits apply (typically max 120kg, depending on the operator) to ensure harness safety.
• Physical Mobility: Guests must be able to climb stairs and walk on uneven terrain.
• Loose Items: Phones, cameras, and jewelry must be secured or left in lockers to prevent dropping them from height.

D. White Water Rafting

• Age/Size: Strict minimum age limits apply (usually 5-7 years minimum, depending on water levels).
• Swimming: While life jackets are mandatory, comfort in water is highly recommended.

3. Age Policy (Young & Elderly)

• Infants (0-12 Months): Strictly prohibited on Speedboats, ATV, Rafting, and Ziplines.
• Children (1-4 Years): Permitted on some tours but must sit with parents/guardians at all times.

• Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing all health, age, and pregnancy status information for your entire group prior to booking.
• Refusal of Service: If you arrive at the pier or camp and are refused participation because you are pregnant, over the age limit, or under the influence of alcohol, you will not be entitled to a refund.
